I always thought that pig skin had to be boiled in a pressure cooker before it could be bitten, but I didn't expect it to be fried. The QQ food is very elastic, and coupled with spicy Sichuan flavor, I really can't stop it. When pig's trotters are so expensive that we cry while eating, let's eat pig's skin instead.

    Wash the pig skin, put it in boiling water and cook for 8 minutes, remove it and cut it into thin strips.
