Steps for Preserved egg and ham porridge

There is about half a pot of rice left for the four of us, so we can only have the right amount based on the number of people eating.

Prepare the ingredients with 2 preserved eggs and 4 small hams.

Break the preserved egg into pieces, peel off the shell, and cut it into cubes.

Remove the packaging skin from the ham and cut it into dices.

Put the remaining rice into the pan and add water to spread over the rice.

After the rice is boiled, add diced ham and diced preserved egg into the pan and add a little salt.
