Pork shrimp

Pork shrimp
If it were a girl, many people would like the cute straw hat shrimp."Don't think that I won't recognize you just because I hide in the hat!" Borrowing KFC's advertising words.
The first time I saw KFC's mayo shrimp, I decided to try it myself. However, because I have been busy recently, and because it snowed again in Beijing today, I can't go anywhere. I gave me time to try it at home. I experimented three times in total, and the last time finally succeeded. Although I have never tasted KFC's mayo shrimp, after reading everyone's comments online, everyone said that they couldn't eat KFC's mayo shrimp. I can't comment on how it tastes, but it's definitely more delicious than KFC's. It's absolutely real!
Weight: About 20 straw hats

When flour and warm water are kneaded into dough, the hardness of the three lights (basin light, surface light, and hand light) will be almost the same.
  • Make step 1
    2
Cut shrimps into mung bean sized diced shrimps, chop mushrooms and water chestnut for later use
  • 3
Stir well the shredded shrimps, mushrooms and chopped water chestnut, add appropriate amount of salt, monosodium glutamate, and white pepper, and mix well. Finally, add 1/3 of the egg white and grasp well with your hands, let the egg white eat into the meat filling, grasp well.
  • Make step 2
    4
Put the shrimp meat in the oil pan and break it into small meatballs (in order to prevent the top of the straw hat from collapsing, you can also wrap it directly into the dough, and the top of the hat is not as upright as the fried one)
  • Make step 3
    5
Roll the dough into small doses just like rolling a dumpling skin and then roll it into a dumpling skin. Put the fried shrimp meatballs on one of the dumpling skins, then cover it with the other dumpling skin, and smear the egg white on both sides.
  • Make step 4
    6
Use scissors to trim the edges of the hat, cut the straw hat into a strap with seaweed, and fix it with egg white.
  • Make step 5
    7
Pour the oil not more than the height of a straw hat into a frying pan, heat the oil to about 50% on medium heat (use dough to try to make a small bubble in the oil temperature), fry the cooked shrimp until golden brown and fish out.
  • Make step 6
    8
Wrap the fried shrimp with a layer of egg liquid and stick it to the bread crumbs. Leave it in the oil pan as soon as it passes, otherwise it will be fried!
  • Make step 7
    9
The following are the products of my failed experiment: I made two cakes out of the skin of flying cakes, and the first one turned into a creamy fried cake when it came to oil
  • Make step 8
    10
I decided to put the second one in the oven to experiment. The shape was still basically there. The edge of the hat was made like a flying saucer. I decided to mix the dough myself, but it was a success.
