Duck gizzard and cucumber soup

This cucumber is not the other cucumber. This kind of cucumber soup is especially delicious! The first time I tried cooking with duck gizzards was purely because there were only two things in the refrigerator. I was a little lazy to buy vegetables. But it also gave me the opportunity to combine the two. It was really good and I ate very satisfied!

Steps for Duck gizzard and cucumber soup

Prepare all ingredients: cucumber, duck gizzard, cilantro.
