Steps for Cinnamon apple puffs

1
Put the butter in the pan and melt over low heat.
2
Then add sugar and melt slowly.
3
Just as the sugar melts, pour in the chopped diced apples and mix well. Cook the diced apples over medium heat until the soup is dry.
4
Pour in lemon juice, lemon peel, Ceylon cinnamon powder and wine-stained blackcurrant and mix well. Cook briefly.
5
Finally, add the stir-fried melon seeds and mix well. Let cool and set aside.
6
Cut butter into small pieces and place in a pan. Add sugar, water, and salt. Bring to a boil and turn off the heat.
7
Sieve in the low-flour after being sifted once.
8
Mix well and open fire again, heating over medium heat and stirring until a thin film appears on the bottom of the pot.
9
The dough looks moist and smooth. Pour it into another small pot, add the egg liquid in time and stir well. Mix well each time before adding the egg liquid again.
10
Use a spatula to pick up the slowly falling batter to form an inverted triangle.
11
Put the batter into a decoration bag and squeeze it onto a baking sheet. Sprinkle with rough sugar on the surface (not photographed here). Bake at an oven temperature of 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Don't rush to take out the baked puffs. Simmer in the oven and wait for the temperature to decrease. Remove it again. Just fill the apple filling into the puffs.
