Steps for red bean paste

Wash the red beans and soak them in hot water for more than 6 hours, preferably pinching the skin.

Add enough water to the pan and cook until cooked.

Pour the boiled red beans into a sieve, squeeze with a spoon and strain out the bean paste.

Add appropriate amount of brown sugar, stir constantly, and continue to cook.
