    Cut the ribs into small pieces and marinate with ginger, salt, and soy sauce for two hours.

    Put oil in the pan and saute pepper, onion, garlic, and pepper until fragrant. Then stir-fry the pork ribs, stir fry in the pan for a few minutes, then add the bean paste, pickled pepper, soak ginger, cooking wine, soy sauce, salt, and stir well.
