Amethyst shrimp bun

I like to eat crystal shrimp dumplings and crystal buns very much. They are transparent and shiny. Purple control is here again. Wouldn't it be more amazing to make an amethyst bun, so I tried it out!

Steps for Amethyst shrimp bun

Prepare the ingredients, peel the shrimps and take the kernels, dice the mushrooms, steam the purple yams and mash them into mud

First mix the shrimp, meat paste, and diced mushrooms, add chicken essence, ginger, onion white, cooking wine, salt, and soy sauce, marinate for about 10 minutes
