spaghetti bolognese
This Saturday, my husband and I went to a spaghetti house to eat pasta. As a result, both of us thought it was not delicious. So, on Sunday, I made this simple and delicious dish myself-pasta sauce.

Chop the beef, add corn flour, salt, olive oil, and soy sauce, marinate for 10 minutes, wash the tomatoes, peel them (because my husband and I both like to eat them with the skin, we didn't remove them), and chop them up. Spare onions wash, chop, and set aside.

Heat the pan, add butter, and stir the marinated beef in the pan. About 5 ripe. (To keep the beef tender, you can take the beef first and put it last.) Put the chopped onions and chopped tomatoes in the pan, add about half a bowl of water to boil, cover and simmer for 2 - 3 minutes. Add appropriate amount of ketchup (I prefer Heinz ketchup, and I think it tastes the best) and cook for about 2 - 3 minutes. Pour the beef into the pan, add 2 teaspoons of sugar and 1 teaspoon of salt.

    4
Remove the pasta and pour in the meat sauce. Done ~~
