Add half of the pork filling with shredded mushrooms, salt, five-spice powder, chicken essence, sesame oil, pepper powder and oyster sauce and stir vigorously in one direction to make pork and mushroom filling. The removed pork filling and leeks are made into pork and leek filling in the same way.

Spread the dumpling skin in your hand, place the filling in the middle of the dumpling skin, and apply some water along the edge of the dumpling skin on the outside.

Fold the dumpling skin in half, push out the outer dumpling skin with the left hand edge, squeeze it tightly with your right hand, and wrap it into the dumplings shown in the picture.

Put the wrapped dumplings into a plate, boil the water and steam on a steamer for 8 minutes or until cooked.
