Sauce cabbage
By OdellReinger
Cabbage is our common vegetable and can be said to be inexpensive. There are only three reasons why stir-fried cabbage can be spicy, crispy and tender: the pot is hot, the oil is rich, and the fire is fierce. While the oil is hot, add it to the pan and stir fry it a few times over high heat, so there is less water in the dish to separate out. The cabbage must be green, and try to break it with your hands without cutting it with a knife. A little more soy sauce and less oil, because cabbage does not eat oil. In addition, as long as there is too much oil, soy sauce Pearl cannot be hung on the vegetable leaves, and it will go into the soup.
