Steps for braised pork and sweet potato noodles

1
1. Wash the pork belly, chicken wings, and pork ribs into slices, place them in a boiling water pan and blanch for 3 minutes. Remove. Add hot meat, water, boiled eggs, star anise, cinnamon, fragrant leaves, pepper, red pepper, nutmeg, orange peel, cumin, two pieces of hawthorn, salt, monosodium glutamate, soy sauce, edible oil, white sugar, rice wine, two pieces of spring onion, and pat flat with ginger. Bring to a boil over high heat and simmer slowly for more than half an hour. (Lazy method: Buy stewed chicken dumplings directly and put them in to cook)
2
2. Place the sweet potato noodles in a cold water basin and soak for 20 minutes. (Soak soft)
3
3. Start another pot, cool the oil on low heat, and fry the peanuts. (Deep-fry slightly and fragrant)
4
4. Use a large colander to place the soaked sweet potato noodles in a rolling braised pork casserole and soak them for half a minute, remove them and put them into a bowl. Blanch the washed bean sprouts as above, place them in a bowl and set them up.
5
5. Pour on the braised pork sauce and add the cooked braised pork. Cut the marinated eggs lengthwise, and fried peanuts.
