Steps for Kung Pao tofu

Cut tofu into small pieces, diced cucumbers and carrots (you can also use lettuce), shredded ginger, cut green onions into sections, and you can buy ready-made peanuts or fry them yourself to remove the shells.

Put a proper amount of oil in the pan, heat it 70% hot, add the tofu and fry until golden brown.

Remove the oil.

Leave a little oil in the pan, add green onions and ginger, stir-fry until fragrant, add the bean paste, add the cucumber and carrot diced and stir-fry, add a little white sugar chicken essence of salt (the bean paste is a little salty, so add less salt), soy sauce and add a little cooking wine.

Put the tofu and peanuts into the pan and stir-fry.
