Grilled rice with mushroom and shrimp

This mushroom and shrimp rice is one of Pizza Hut's signature staple foods. It is actually very simple and easy to make. It just has one more process than the egg fried rice we often eat at home, but the appearance of it is very pleasing.

Put a small amount of oil in the pan, heat until it is 70% hot (with a trace amount of smoke coming out), pour in the beaten eggs, stir fry and serve out for later use.2
Add the oil into the pan, add the diced onion and stir-fry until transparent, add the diced ham, mushroom slices, and shrimp meat, and stir-fry until fragrant, and add the stir-fried eggs.3
Add a small amount of water to the old rice and stir it up with a spoon (if you want to make delicious fried rice, you must use old rice, preferably frozen). Pour it into the pan, stir-fry all the ingredients well, and add a little salt.4
Preheat the oven and lower the heat to 200 degrees. Remove the fried rice, place it in a container that can be placed in the oven, and spread a layer of shredded cheese on the rice (Mozzarella cheese is recommended)5
Put the rice in the oven and roast it on high and low heat until the cheese melts and slightly colored.
