Steps for Fried squid udon noodles

Prepare the ingredients, I used 4 bags of noodles.

Wash the squid and marinate with cooking wine, soy sauce, and shredded ginger for 15 minutes.

Udon noodles are scattered through water.

Shred green pepper and onion.

Put the oil in a hot pan, add the pepper, dried pepper, chopped green onion, garlic slices, and shredded ginger.

Stir fry until fragrant, add shredded onions.

Simply stir fry and add the squid (with marinade).

Stir fry until color changes and add udon noodles.

Add soy sauce and stir fry, color evenly, add shredded green peppers, if the middle surface is sticky, add a little water, and finally add salt, sugar, and vinegar.
