Beef diced tofu
There was no iron plate at home, so I changed it myself

  • Japanese tofu 4 pieces
  • beef appropriate amount
  • celery appropriate amount
  • red pickled pepper appropriate amount
  • cornflour appropriate amount
  • salt appropriate amount
  • MSG appropriate amount

Steps for Beef diced tofu

    4 Japanese tofu (usually sold in supermarkets)

    Minced beef, chopped celery, chopped red pickled peppers, and set aside

    Cut Japanese tofu into diced slices, cut into 4 pieces each, use cornflour to wash,

    After the tofu has been grabbed with cornflour, it is directly put into the oil pan (it is time to apply cornflour to tofu. Sprinkle the cornflour directly on the tofu. Shake the bowl gently, and the tofu will naturally be powdered)

    After frying the tofu, put it on a plate directly.(I made lace with tinfoil myself.) Use whatever you have at home. It's okay without tinfoil. Just add some broccoli or something to decorate it. Put the chopped beef, celery, and pickled peppers into the pan and stir fry, season, add some water, wait for the celery to turn green, add a little raw flour, thicken and pour it on tofu. OK, you're done!!
