Steps for fried lotus root strips

Two lotus roots.

Wash lotus root, peel and cut into strips.

Set aside after blanching water.

Chop green onions and ginger.

Add five-spice powder, salt, and soy sauce.

Add the flour and stir to form a batter.

Heat the oil pan to heat, shake the batter with your hands and place it into the pan.
