Steps for babao rice

Cook glutinous rice with water, mix with sugar and lard and stir well.

Mix all the above ingredients into filling and set aside.

Place most of the glutinous rice from step 1 into a pre-greased bowl, leaving a pit in the middle, and fill in the stuffing.

Use the remaining glutinous rice and cover the filling. Place it on a steamer and steam for 20 minutes over high heat

Remove the bowl containing glutinous rice and invert it upside down on a larger plate

Remove from the bowl and garnish with wolfberry seeds or other ingredients

Boil the soup-350 ml of water; 1 teaspoon dried osmanthus to boil and 2 tablespoons corn flour to thicken.

Pour the soup on the glutinous rice.
