Steps for Italian saury

Cut black olives and sardines into dices.

Saute minced garlic in a frying pan (olive oil) until fragrant.

Add sardines and black olives in turn.

Finally add tomatoes.

Add a little salt and black pepper and stir-fry until a tomato sauce.

Remove the head and tail of the saury, remove the bones, marinate with red wine and a little salt for about 10 minutes.

Pat with a little flour (high, low, medium flour, whatever you want).

A little olive oil and fry until golden brown.

Serve and pour sauce. Lemon, mint garnish.
