I often see people stir-fry Huaishan potatoes. My family basically uses them to make soup. This is the first time I have tried to stir-fry sea cucumber with Huaishan potatoes.

Steps for stir-fried Huai Shan with sea cucumber

    Cut Huaishan into thin slices.

    The foamed sea cucumber is also cut into slices.
