stir-fried Huai Shan with sea cucumber
I often see people stir-fry Huaishan potatoes. My family basically uses them to make soup. This is the first time I have tried to stir-fry sea cucumber with Huaishan potatoes.

- white sugar appropriate amount

- chicken essence appropriate amount

Steps for stir-fried Huai Shan with sea cucumber

Cut Huaishan into thin slices.

The foamed sea cucumber is also cut into slices.

Heat a hot pot and pour a little olive oil into the slices of Huaishan into the heat and stir-fry.

Add a little salt and stir-fry well. Remove and set aside.

Continue to pour a little olive oil into the pan, add ginger slices and green onions and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the chopped sea cucumber and stir fry.

Pour in a little soy sauce and white sugar and simmer for a while.

Then pour in the yam and stir-fry together.
