Steps for stir-fried sour beans with minced pork

1
Cut the sour beans into small pieces, soak them in hot water and rub them hard, strain and soak them again, repeat it more than three times to remove excessive salt and the astringent taste of kimchi.
2
Chop the lean pork into the ground, add a small amount of salt, cornstarch, and soy sauce, and mix well to taste. Cut the garlic into small pieces, and cut the dried peppers for later use.
3
Pour appropriate amount of oil into a frying pan. When the oil temperature reaches 80% hot, add in the minced meat and stir-fry until done.
4
Grieve the minced meat to one side, add in the dried garlic and pepper and stir fry until fragrant.
5
Finally, add in the sour beans and stir fry.
6
Add a small amount of chicken essence when starting the pan and stir well before serving. Salty, fresh, sour and spicy are good for serving with rice.
