Steps for Silken chicken and wormwood

Shred chicken breast, grab well with cooking wine, water starch, egg white, salt, and pepper and marinate for half an hour.

Remove the leaves of chrysanthemum chrysanthemum (the leaves can be used for other purposes) and leave the stems, and cut the Artemisia stem into small pieces.
