Steps for Grilled steak

Wash the steak first and blanch it with hot water to remove the blood foam.

Stir fry the blanched steak to dry, add oil and stir-fry until browned.

Remove the browned steak, add garlic and ginger pieces to the stir-fried oil, and saute until fragrant.

Mix the spice powder, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, wine, and fermented bean curd, and add water.

Add the fried garlic, ginger slices and seasoning water to the steak, and the seasoning water will cover the steak. Simmer the steak in a pressure cooker for 30 minutes (to soften and taste).

It will be served in 30 minutes. If you want to add green garlic and pepper, you can saute it separately and then stir-fry it with the steak before serving.
