White Jade Meatballs

Eating carrot in winter is good for your health, but the key is to be delicious. I used to make steamed buns and dumplings, but today I change it to boil a meatball.

Steps for White Jade Meatballs

Prepare the required materials.

Cut the onions and ginger into minced pieces, shred the white radish, and soak the vermicelli for later use.

Add egg white to the pork filling and beat in one direction.

Add a little more water starch and continue to stir for a while.
