Steps for twice-cooked pork

1
Wash the garlic and cut it into about 3 centimeters.
2
Wash the fresh pork belly, boil the water in a pan, put the meat in the pan, and blanch it once. Then remove the meat and rinse it with cold water.
3
Cut the pork belly into slices (note: don't cut it too thick).
4
Pour the oil into the pan and heat it up, then add the meat slices in and stir-fry. After frying to a certain extent, add appropriate salt and sugar.
5
When the meat slices are stir-fried until slightly yellow, add appropriate amount of soy sauce. When the color is darker, add some bean paste.
6
When the color of the meat slices is golden yellow, pour the chopped garlic and peppers into it and stir fry. (If you don't like spicy food, remove the peppers.)
7
Stir fry for a while more, and a simple and delicious family stir-fried-twice-cooked pork will be served!!
