Steps for Mandarin duck tofu bowl

Tofu, duck blood, ginger, onion, parsley, green pepper, dried red pepper.

Cut tofu and duck blood into slices, slice ginger into slices, cut onions and parsley into sections, and cut green peppers and dried red peppers into sections for later use.

Put the oil in the pan and heat it until 80% heat.

Add green peppers and stir-fry.

Turn off the heat and add the ginger slices, then add the dried red peppers and pepper grains and cook until fragrant.
