Stir-fried Chinese onion leaves with bacon is a classic hometown dish.
In order to eat less bacon, I served it with some fresh meat. The fresh meat I use here is the chicken breast cut from the chicken when cooking chicken soup. In fact, it can be served with fresh pork or fresh beef.
In order to enrich the food, it also serves with winter bamboo shoots and dried tofu.
