Steps for Spiced cured glutinous rice

Use an electric rice cooker to cook the rice first. The ratio of glutinous rice to sticky rice is 2:1. Use a little less water than usual when cooking, so that the cooked rice will not be rotten and will taste good.

While cooking, cut the carrots, water-dried mushrooms, sausage, and barbecued pork into small dices, and chop the coriander

Put a little oil in the hot pan
