fried rice cake
By DwightGraham
The temperature has dropped again in the past few days. When I got home at night, I wanted to eat something hot. I opened the refrigerator and found that it was the rice cake I bought at Wumart that day. For balanced nutrition, I put the only fresh vegetables in the refrigerator. Here's the picture above...

Steps for fried rice cake

1
Cut the ham and vegetables well and set aside.
2
Open the rice cake and rinse it with cold water, and the pieces that stick together will easily disperse.
3
Put a few drops of olive oil in the pan and stir-fry the cherry, ham, radish, and onion.
4
Put in the rice cakes and stir fry them. I don't like to eat white things, so I still added a few drops of soy sauce to enhance the color.
5
After frying the rice cake for a while, add the cabbage and lettuce, add a small bowl of water and stew for a while.
6
Simmer for about two minutes, add some salt, add a spoonful of Laoganma, and collect the juice and it's OK.

If you have green leafy vegetables at home, you will look better with some color.
