Grandpa came to my house today ~! I plan to buy groceries today ~ I have been struggling around the computer for a long time! Decided not to buy it ~ haha... It's cold outside! And it's not easy to rest ~ I love otaku! Just make braised tofu! Tofu ~ It feels a bit like meat when it is delicious ~! Hehe... I didn't expect it to be really delicious today! Just share it with everyone! Of course, tofu is cooked ~ so there are two side dishes (scrambled eggs with colorful pepper ~ cabbage with garlic)... It's not bad to have it all together! hahaha

    The tofu I bought was small square pieces! So cut slices half a centimeter thick! Slice green onions, chop ginger and garlic! The flat pan I use is super non-stick! (The last time I used an ordinary pan, tofu liked to stick to the pan.)

    Put the cut tofu directly into the pan, and then open fire (because the tofu contains water) Now boil the tofu directly dry! After the water dries, add two small spoonfuls of oil! Fry one side of the tofu until golden brown and a little hard, then fry the other side! (I fried it on high fire!) Then take up the fried tofu and set aside! Leave a little oil in the pan, stir-fry the onion, garlic, and ginger together! 2 tablespoons of Laoganma sauce, add the fried tofu, 200 ML water, and boil the salt and pepper over high heat! Cover the lid and cook for 15 minutes until the tofu is completely flavored!

    After 15 minutes, after boiling, collect some hot sauce over high heat! Add chicken essence and a teaspoon of sugar! Use chopsticks to pick out the tofu one by one and set it on a plate! Add the soup left in the pan to the front end of the green onion (green section) and heat it, then add starch water (thicken)! Pour the delicious soup on the tofu ~! It's beautiful and delicious! Hahaha...
