sour soup
By UnaKlein
Many of the hot and sour soups I have eaten in the store before are bloodletting or something. I don't like eating blood. So I made a vegan hot and sour soup today,(I added an egg, I don't know if it counts, hehe!) It tastes good when paired with my own pot stickers.

Steps for sour soup
