Steps for Homemade mushroom paste

Chop the mushrooms and tenderloin meat into small pieces, and chop the green onions, ginger and coriander into pieces.2
Open fire and heat the pan. Add peanut oil, spring onion, and ginger in turn and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the chopped meat and stir-fry until seventy ripe, and then add soy sauce to season. (Add soy sauce and add a small amount of water to the pan to make the stir-fried meat softer.) When the meat is stir-fried until it is 90 ripe, add bean paste, soy sauce, pepper powder, and salt, and simmer over medium heat until thick.3
Add some shredded coriander to the stir-fried mushroom sauce to make the flavor more fragrant.
