Rose Muffins
By WilberKuphal
Sweet rose sauce and raisins are sandwiched in soft miscellaneous grains and baked into delicious rose muffins. It can be used as a staple food and as a snack after dinner. It is really delicious! Rose sauce is marinated in advance. Roses are picked on Miaofeng Mountain in Beijing in spring. The stamens are removed, leaving only the petals. They are fried in oil and marinated in white sugar for a few days. The rose sauce made in this way can be stored for a year if it is sealed in the refrigerator ~
