Wash the chicken feet first and chop them into small pieces for easy ripening. Soak lotus seeds and dates in warm water in advance.2
Put all the ingredients into the prepared casserole, add appropriate amount of water, and cook on high heat for 10 minutes, then change to low heat for 10 minutes.3
