For simplicity and convenience, I often make some rice similar to carrot ribs rice and mixed with rice. Because this kind of rice tastes good, is nutritious, and does not take much time, everything is ready as long as it is mixed with soup.

Steps for Carrot Ribs Rice

Wash the ribs and cut them into pieces, cut the carrots into pieces, slice the ginger into slices, and cut the green onions into sections

In a large basin, add cooking wine, oyster sauce, soy sauce, soy sauce, a small amount of salt, ginger slices and spring onion segments, and stir well to use as marinade.

Blanch the ribs with water, drain them, place them in the previous marinade, stir well, and marinate for more than 3 hours.

After washing the rice, soak it in clear water for more than 2 hours.

Pour appropriate amount of oil into the pan, heat until it is 70% hot, add the carrots and stir-fry.

After stir-frying for 3 minutes, add the pork ribs and continue to stir.

1. You can also put 300 grams of carrots, because there are no carrots at home, so you put less. 2. The longer the ribs are marinated, the more delicious they will be. 3. The rice should also be soaked to make it soft. 4. If you have an electric rice cooker at home, this rice is easier to cook. Just pour the stir-fried carrot ribs into the electric rice cooker and start the cooking procedure according to the usual cooking steps. I didn't use a rice cooker in Germany, so I had to cook it in a pot.
