Steps for Steamed noodles

1
Slice pork belly, cut beans, celery, and green onions into sections, and dice ginger for later use.
2
Brush the bottom of the steamer with a layer of oil (or lay a cage cloth), put the noodles in, not compact them, make them fluffy, put water in the pan, and bring to a boil over high heat and steam for 15 minutes.
3
Pour out the steamed noodles for later use;(After steaming the noodles, use chopsticks to divide the noodles, which will make it easier to mix with the vegetables later).
4
Pour the oil into the pan, heat the oil, add the pork belly and stir-fry.
5
After the meat changes color, add the chopped green onions and ginger; add soy sauce and salt to taste.
6
Pour in the beans and celery and stir fry.
7
When the vegetables are stir-fried until 80% cooked, pour boiling water into the pan, add five-spice powder and chicken essence to taste. (Water is usually served with the dishes. If you can't control the amount of water you add, you can add a little more water, then take out a bowl first, and add if it is too dry when mixing the noodles later).
8
Pour in the steamed noodles.
9
Use chopsticks to mix the noodles and vegetables well.
10
Cover the lid and turn to low heat and simmer for about 5 minutes;(It's easy to taste, the noodles absorb the oil in the vegetable juice and will achieve the effect of clearly defined roots.
11
Use chopsticks to divide the noodles before taking out of the pot and serve.
