Steps for tofu and ham roll

Ham slices, choose square ones, and cut them in half.

Chop bacon and set aside.

Crush the tofu with a fork.

Add chopped bacon, egg whites, salt and a little MSG to tofu.

Spread out the ham slices, put the tofu in half of the ham slices, roll it up and tie it with leek leaves.
