Crab meat sushi roll

Today, I serve another sushi roll made with crab meat. The taste is surprisingly good! Crab meat and vinegar go well together. Please look at that photo. The feeling of crab oil permeating into the rice rolls still looks very tempting. I hope everyone likes it as always.

- hairy crabs appropriate amount
- sugar appropriate amount
- white vinegar appropriate amount
- salt appropriate amount
Steps for Crab meat sushi roll

Prepare a hairy crab meat. Marinate cucumbers with sugar and white vinegar for half an hour.

Spread the seasoned rice on the seaweed, leaving 1/3 of the front end of the seaweed. Add the crab meat and cucumber and roll it tightly.

Cut open and put in a basin.
