Grilled lasagna with meat sauce
By BrandynTerry
Garfield's favorite lasagna, and I also like it very much. It was the first time I tried it myself. It was basically made according to my own taste. It was different from traditional lasagna. There was too little cheese on the top layer, which looked not very successful, but it was still very delicious.

Steps for Grilled lasagna with meat sauce

1
Boil the layer dough for a few minutes, until soft, and put a little salt in the water
2
Put the cooked dough in cold water for later use
3
Chop the onions, mincing the mushrooms with a blender, and set aside
4
I bought the white juice as a finished product
5
Put a little oil in the hot pan, saute the garlic peppers and pepper until fragrant, and pick out the pepper. Add minced meat, minced onions, minced mushrooms, peas, 5 or 6 tablespoons of white juice, 2 or 3 tablespoons of ketchup, a little cottage cheese, and a little red wine, and boil over medium heat until a relatively dry meat sauce. I don't like ketchup very much, so I put very little ketchup in it. Traditional lasagna actually has a lot of ketchup and can be added according to taste.
6
Coat the bottom of the baking sheet with a layer of white sauce, spread a layer of dough, a layer of meat sauce, a layer of white sauce, and some Mozzarella cheese, then repeat three times, and finally cover with a layer of dough, coat with a layer of white sauce, and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. This is the final paving, and I forgot to take pictures in the middle... I left too little cheese in the end, and I put too little cheese on the top layer, so it didn't look good when roasted.

Cover with tin foil in the oven at 200°C and bake for 25 minutes, then remove the tin foil and bake for another 25 minutes, or until the surface is golden brown.
