Steps for Mongolian Beef

1. Slice beef/garlic/ginger, cut green onion/red pepper into diamond shape;2
2. Beef/salt/egg white/cooking wine/soy sauce, marinate for ten minutes, add starch/oil;3
3. After the oil in the pan is heated, add the beef and stir-fry it for mid-cooked and remove it to the pan to control the oil;4
4. Add the green onions and fry until golden on both sides, remove and control the oil;5
5. Add ginger/red pepper and saute until fragrant, then add beef/onion/cooking wine and stir fry over high heat, add in the thickening/sesame oil and stir fry well and serve.
