Steps for Stewed mixed vegetables with pork belly, dried squid

1
Peel and slice the pork belly (about 0.5 cm), marinate with appropriate amount of cooking wine, soy sauce, salt, sugar, spicy fresh food, five-spice powder, shredded ginger, and minced garlic. (It's better to take a longer time, I marinated it for 8 hours)
2
Wash the squid and soak it (keep the soaked water for later use), and cut it into small pieces.
3
Wash the green beans, remove the shredded silk, and pick them into sections. Cut the potatoes and carrots into hob pieces for later use.
4
Heat the pan, add a little oil and heat it, fry the marinated pork belly on both sides until browned, and force out some of the oil.
5
After frying, shovel it to one side of the pan, add shredded ginger and minced garlic and saute until fragrant, add the dried squid (I also added pig skin) and stir-fry for a while.
6
Add 40ml of cooking wine, 40ml of soy sauce, and a few small rock sugar grains and stir well.
7
Add the mixed vegetables and stir fry evenly. Add the water to soak the squid. Add more water if it is not enough. Make sure all the ingredients are used. Add a little salt and chicken powder. Bring to a boil over high heat, and turn to medium heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
8
Add the tofu bubble and simmer for 10 minutes until the soup is almost dry.Stewed mixed vegetables with pork belly, dried squid Make Tips
Don't pour out the water used to soak the squid; add it to the dish while braising to enhance the flavor.
