stir-fried gluten
By GayleFunk
My sister likes to eat gluten very much. Some people don't want to eat it cold. Gluten is only available in places where dough is sold. We don't sell stir-fried food now. They are all cold, so I bought the gluten home and stir-fried food. Eat it, just add some of my favorite ingredients!

Steps for stir-fried gluten

1
Clean up the crab-flavored mushrooms first and wash them with clean water.
2
Cut the gluten into small pieces, break the colored peppers into small pieces by hand, cut the cucumber into diamond-shaped slices, and cut the ham into small pieces. Because the ham I bought is relatively thin, the large ham can be cut into small squares.
3
Remove the pan, saute the minced garlic until fragrant, remove the cucumber and other ingredients, and stir fry in the pan. Add salt and chicken essence. Make a fuss for a while, add the cucumber and stir fry for a while, add sesame oil, and take out of the pan.
4
The fragrant and steaming gluten is ready. The gluten is as soft as sponge. Very good!!!!
