Steps for Curry beef brisket rice

  • 1
Simply peel the potatoes (the potatoes are very, very small ones, they won't boil too badly or unsightly), then peel them, cut them into small pieces and set aside.
  • 2
Then pour the oil and heat the pan, add the garlic, stir it up and add the beef brisket. Add a little vinegar (the reason for adding vinegar is that it can make the sirloin soft, making it easier to eat!) After that, pour the potatoes that you have just cut into, stir-fry them a few times, and add a little soju.

Then pour in appropriate amount of boiling water, bring to a boil, and add the curry bricks. I bought my curry in the supermarket. Good curry, slightly spicy. Add all 6 pieces,(I cooked 3-5 people, so I added all the curry)

Then change from high to low heat and simmer for about 15 minutes!
