Steps for Hanamaki

    Melt Angel yeast with warm water (the water temperature cannot be overheated), pour it into white flour, mix well, form a ball, and ferment for about two hours (you can flexibly control it according to the amount of flour and temperature).

    Cut the onions into the ground, heat the peanut oil, pour it on the chopped green onion, mix well, add appropriate amount of salt, pepper noodles, and shrimp skin, set aside.

    Roll out the fermented dough into slices, then pour the mixed chopped green onion on the dough sheet, spread it evenly, roll it up, cut it into evenly sized rolls, embed the medlar on the surface of the roll (you can place it at will), and finally place the roll. Put it in a steamer and steam on high heat for 20 minutes
