stir-fried pork with dried beans
By ColeZieme
Usually, I stir-fried meat with beans, but this time I made stir-fried meat with dried beans. The taste is even better than fresh beans. These are fresh beans I bought last autumn. They were washed, blanched with hot water and then dried. They have been preserved until now.
