Steps for Hakka tofu

Wash tofu, carrots, and peppers for later use

Dice carrots and peppers for later use

Heat the oil pan and put it in diced tofu and fry it

Fry diced tofu until golden brown and remove, set aside

Put the carrots in a boiling water pot and blanch them
