Steps for Black tea roast egg and pork

Premium pork belly

All ingredients: shredded ginger/black tea/rock sugar/star anise/cinnamon

Boil the pork belly with star anise and cinnamon, drain and set aside. Make black tea into tea and wait

Stir the drained pork belly first

After the meat changes color, add rock sugar until the rock sugar melts and mix well with the meat

Add ginger slices to black tea water and bring to a boil

Pour the mixed pork belly into tea and simmer for 30 minutes

Add a few more boiled eggs, cook for another 10 minutes, and you can start eating.
