Fresh vegetables and bean dregs cake
By ElvaGoyette
Since the bean dregs cake last time was soft, I wanted to change the taste this time. Therefore, the amount of bean dregs was reduced and celery and carrots were added. Sure enough, the taste was very good. Worth eating frequently.

Steps for Fresh vegetables and bean dregs cake

1
Take 2 tablespoons of ordinary flour and place it in a bowl;
2
Wash celery and carrot and cut into fine grains;
3
Use the bean dregs from the soymilk maker in the morning
4
Add 2 ons of bean dregs to a flour bowl,
5
Add half a teaspoon of salt
6
Pour in celery and carrot grains
7
Add appropriate amount of water and stir to form a paste. If more water is added, the cake will be thin; otherwise, it will be thick.

Pour in the batter and spread evenly with a spoon
10
Medium to medium heat, cover the lid and hope it will cook faster (I took the lid of the frying pan casually)
11
Turn over before frying

I didn't want to eat soft ones, so I tossed and fried them for a few minutes. When it was a little browned, I turned off the heat and took them out of the pan and served them on plates.
