Choose a good beef tenderloin. Cut it well and use tea oil, cooking wine, and a little salt to soak it for later use.

Cut the shredded ginger for later use.

Put appropriate amount of oil in a non-stick pan and cook until it is high heat. Pour in shredded ginger and submerged beef and stir fry quickly. When it is 5 ripe, add fermented tofu and continue to stir fry. When it is 80%, add oyster sauce and stir fry. Remove from the pan and serve.
