Steps for Spring bamboo shoots and tofu soup

Remove the lactone tofu and cut it into small pieces. Wash the Chinese toon seedlings and drain.

Soak in light salt water for 5 minutes.

Slice the spring bamboo shoots, blanch them in boiling water for 3-5 minutes, remove them, remove the oxalic acid and remove the astringent taste.
